Introducing Fuck Yeah Weddings Associate Photographer Program!

Meet Ashley, Julia and Kim. Three badass ladies behind the lens. When I was looking to expand FYW these three were at the top of my list for who I would trust to capture weddings, uphold all that FYW stands for and give the best service possible to all my clients!

Associate packages start at $2450 and include up to 6 hours of coverage, travel within 75 miles round trip of Seattle Wa, an online gallery, and a digital download of your photos with print release.

Julia Kinnunen

After finding her way back to the PNW after spending a few years living in New York City, Julia fell in love with the storytelling element of photographing weddings. She's been documenting weddings since 2010, and hasn't heard the same story twice! She's a body positive, people loving, vegetarian eating introvert who'll meet you and your person exactly where you're at and excitedly celebrate this new chapter alongside you.
 

Julia's Favorite things include:

  • her Rottweiler mix pup named Gatsby (who she co-humans with her favorite person)

Kim Nelson

Kim grew up a military brat but when her family moved to Everett in the 90's she knew she had finally found her home. As a ticket scalper in college she was accidentally thrown into the world of concert photography and fell in love with the work. After her family started expanding with mini-humans she realized she could no longer do what late nights concerts demanded and shifted into weddings in 2009. She was immediately inspired by the beauty and authenticity of documenting love stories.

Kim is a fat, queer, deaffriendly, super-geek with a large family which consists of 5 mini-humans, her dog-soul-mate and cat-she-hates-but-will-continue-to-raise with her partner of 15 years. She lives in Mill Creek, suspiciously close to her favorite comic store.

She's totally into:

  • Feminism
  • raising good humans
  • the comic universe (did someone say Ms. Marvel and Bitch Planet?)
  • geekdom (comic-con should be a national holiday)
  • all the books
  • her coffee cup collection
